Spring Program Guide
This flyer lists all programs for kids, teens, and adults at our Branch. Registration dates are noted in the program descriptions. Registration is not necessary for early childhood programs. Please complete a short survey and tell us what you think about our Storytimes. We need your feedback!
Take our survey to join us in writing The Next Chapter of Cuyahoga County Public Library. Focus Group meetings will be held at our branch on the following dates and times for you to share your input in person: Open to all, 4/27 at 11:00 and 2:00; For Parents, 5/3 at 4:00 p.m.; For New Americans, 5/4 at 11:00 a.m.
Adults interested in learning internet basics should register for Email with Gmail, Google's free email, at the North Olmsted Branch. Additional computer classes are being offered; check at the class or at the branch for further information.
Are you looking for community service opportunities to meet school or scholarship requirements? Do you have a desire to help out and give back to your community? The North Olmsted Branch needs you! Join us every third Thursday of the month from 10:00am - 4:30pm to help out. We'll prepare crafts for the children, process books for our book sale, and work on special projects. Stay for the whole day or just an hour. For Teens & Adults. Registration requested. Register
Kides in grades 3-5 join us to discuss a great book and eat tasty cookies on Tuesday, June 5 from 4:30-5:00 pm. This month's selection is Book 1: The Abduction, in the Kidnapped Series by Gordon Korman, and food permission forms will be available for pick up and signing at the Children’s Desk one month prior to the discussion. Refreshments provided by the Friends of the North Olmsted Branch Library. Please register.
Come join the fun on Thursday, June 7 at 7:00 pm! Bill Brauning, musician and pop historian, will present a special mystery presentation for adults to help launch our Summer Reading Game that starts June 9. Please register.
On Saturday, June 9 at 2:00pm, come watch bubbles multiply, do acrobatic feats, square bubbles, and you won't believe your eyes when you see a person inside of a bubble! Join us for a performance by Sue Durante aka The Bubble Lady. Please register.
